 The
Invisalign™ System allows adult patients and mature teens to
straighten their teeth - WITHOUT BRACES. The program starts with an
evaluation our office to discuss the results you would like to
achieve. If you are a candidate, Dr. Kohlmann writes up the treatment plan and takes a
set of impressions of your teeth. These are then translated into a
sequence of clear aligners. An aligner is thin, clear and fits over
your teeth.
The great thing is - it's
almost invisible and it's removable. This means that there are
generally no restrictions on what you eat and brushing and flossing
are a breeze.
 You will
have to wear each set of clear aligners day and night for about 2
weeks, removing them only to eat, drink, brush, and floss. You will
need to visit
Dr. Kohlmann's office at regular intervals to check your progress.
When you are finished wearing each clear aligner in the series, your
treatment will be complete and you will have straighter teeth and the
beautiful smile you deserve.
